The great Bobby Dodd only averaged 5 wins (4.5 losses and .75 ties) from 1957 to 1960. And in that period won as many as 6 games only once. I guess you would have been ready to fire coach Dodd by 1960?

It's your use of the phrase "oft-maligned TW as QB" that really bothers me. Tevin met or exceeded virtually every offensive stat of Joshua Nesbitt. Josh had more yards rushing but he had many more carries. On yards per carry Josh had only 0.08 more ypc. Passing, Tevin had much better yards...

Well done, @takethepoints, the reason we had to play soft, BBNB was that since 2010 besides Gotsis we’ve not had a down DL that could mount pressure on the QB. Pass rush starts with inside pressure from down DLs.

When I saw “offense“ I stupidly assumed this thread would be about the offense we are going to run under CGC. However, it has devolved into yet another of the many love/hate CPJ threads. Can we now just simply talk about the offense we are going to run NOW under CGC.
