Recruiting is convincing good players to come to your school and play football there. What this shows me is that CGC wasn't a good enough recruiter to convince PB to stay. How is that inaccurate? Isn't CGC supposed to be a magician recruiter? Here we go again...

He literally said he was leaving to better prepare for the NFL right after CGC was hired and stated he would run an NFL offense. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.
