GT's foul rate while on offense is 5th out of the 15 ACC teams in conference games so it is not a team-wide issue. Banks could benefit from actively seeking contact more though. I agree with that. He is a decent FT shooter for a big man and has a lousy touch near the basket.
Playing Sjolund and Alston together was an invitation to good shooting.
I agree with everything you said but I would add that our substitutions remain odd. There may be a reason for it to which I am not privy but I don't understand playing those two guys together if it isn't something unusual...

I'm sorry. I wasn't clear. I don't believe that football lifts up basketball, or more specifically, is necessary to be good for basketball to be good. That's why I mentioned that our glory years of basketball started in football's darkest days.
Football is clearly the primary sport of interest...
I still think of Moore as a bit of a project just because he is raw. But I agree he is probably at the top of that list. I expect him to be an important player next year.

My biggest concerns going forward:
- Staff losses and quality of replacements. I am unimpressed.

You believe this team should be walking away with road ACC games? This type of thing is baffling to me. This is not a good team. It is a rebuild. It is not a team that is going to walk away with league games on the road. That is unrealistic.
