For player that you would red-shirt under old rule: I would just give mop-up duty if available late in season: Take Graham QB: would hate to see him play early in blowout game, then injuries happen later and he's needed to start last 4 games, then you wasted red-shirt.

#3 agree the rain killed Tech last year, in addition to slipping messing up timing on offense, I think Coach Johnson knows this and the play calls are very limited. I forget the game, but one game last year Tech was running good outside / inside, rain came and the offense stopped running outside.

After spring game I'm surprised Dawson is not in two deep DL, but that good because he's a beast and if others beat him out that's a good thing.

Kelton Dawson was a beast in the spring game, was playing with power on the d-line, took me awhile to figure out who he was as I pictured Dawson as speed rush DE/LB when he was recruited. The 33lb gain explains exactly why I was confused
