Ole Miss aint Alabama and they wont get a break from the NCAA like Alabama does. Similar situation with how the NCAA will never go after North Carolina or Kentucky for all the rules they've broken in men's basketball.
Here's Tennessee's OOC schedule for the next few seasons
2016:Tennessee Tech
2017:GT,Indiana St,UMass,Southern Miss
2018:West Virginia(In Charlotte),East Tennessee St,UTEP,Charlotte
2019:Georgia State.Chattanooga,UAB
2020:Charlotte
Ole Miss tends to fade in the 2nd half like Tennessee did in 2015. OM wont be a factor for a decade after the NCAA lowers the boom on them. The Rebels will miss Kelly badly when he leaves for the NFL after this season.
I'd love to see a matchup in the Orange Bowl of a 11-2 or 10-3 Tennessee team and 11-1 Louisville. It would beat the other prediction than had Tennessee vs probably 12-0 Boise State in the Cotton Bowl.
I can't see them finishing worse than 10-2. Nobody in Tennessee's last 5 games South Carolina,Tennessee Tech,Kentucky,Missouri and Vanderbilt will have more than 5 wins.
I've seen a prediction on ESPN that had Tennessee playing Louisville in the Orange Bowl. Remember Tennessee beat VT 45-24 and that could very well be VT's only loss in the regular season.
If GT struggles to win this game i think GT could very well limp through the rest of the season and finish 5-7. I hope however that my prediction is right and GT wins 42-17
I'm my opinion as a GT and Tennessee fan i don't believe the ACC will be able to catch the SEC. He is how i rate the top 6 conferences now
1)SEC
2)PAC 12
3)Big 10+2
4)ACC
5)Big 12
6)American Conference
I wish GT would bring back the management major they used to have in the 1980s-1990s. It would help the football and basketball programs in recruiting.
