True statement! As we were moving into the ACC, we had the worse records in the 80 and 81 seasons in both football and basketball. We were also transitioning from Pepper Rogers and Dwayne Morrison to Bill Curry and Bobby Cremins. I'm glad that things got better later in the decade.

A few interesting observations after reviewing the game stats, Q and Lammers garnered 10 of the team total 33 rebounds. Guards did a good job hitting the boards Lammers had his second lowest rebound total for the season of 4. He had 3 during the Miami game. Our bench outscored theirs 8 - 1...
