Freedom of choice and individual responsibility is indeed a messy thing. I wish other people made good choices to: be an involved parent, finish their education, handle their finances responsibly, etc., but many, many people don’t, and then those of us that do end up paying for it in one form...

Your last part is a big deal. The accuracy of the tests we’ve been using is critical. These tests are the basis for all the numbers we’ve been using and basing decisions on. How confident can we be in those numbers? As you stated, in lieu of tests, we’ve been diagnosing off of symptoms...

The people who continue to say there hasn’t been over counting amaze me. We’ve had govt incentivize healthcare facilities to do it, Dr Birx admit it, and instances like this on national news right in our faces that show that there is. So far, the only evidence to the other side is, “Well...

I saw the same thing. Headline of the story says, “NBC News Medical Team Member Battles C19” and yet he’s tested negative negative 4 times! Only explanation given was, “well, he waited too long to get tested”. What? Then test for antibodies, so that you can be accurate in your reporting.

Ok. So, based on that, what are you proposing we do? “Could”. “Might”. Damn. There’s risk with everything. Gotta keep living.
