Dude we are 4th in the ACC for Total Offense, and many teams have played a cupcake and we haven’t. Tired of everyone acting like we can’t move the ball, penalties and turnovers only thing holding us back. We play one clean game and we will look dominant.
I’ll never understand the argument that Tech has always won without talent. Paul’s best teams had 5-10 NFL guys. At the end of the day coaching is biggest factor but sometimes it’s the Jimmies and Joes. Look at the 2008-9 teams and 14 teams and tell me we weren’t loaded on both sides of the ball.
Just gotta give it time. I’ve been pissed last 2 weeks like everyone else but I’m starting to refocus on the bigger picture. Tech fans are so entitled and expect instant success when we can’t even put 40,000 of our OWN fans in the seats. It’s gonna take time, I just want the mistakes cleaned up.
Secondary has been so disappointing. I know we are missing our best CB in Tre but at the same time all we heard about is how deep we are in the secondary. It’s not just the deep balls. Kaleb Oliver got beat on RPO slant where we lined up in Man, he still bit on the run. Just too many missed...
Graham had 12 TD and broke records with the worst OL in school history. Collins just wanted to bring out his shinny new toy. If Graham isn’t considered for the UL game I’ll be very upset.
Haven’t had a kicker since Butker. Not sure what happened to Wells either. Gotta go get a scholarship guy if we want a true freshmen to come in and hit.
It’s just frustrating to see us be so undisciplined and have our coach show no emotion and repeat the same old song and dance in the post game presser. I just want to see a little fire and a little urgency, like you’re coaching for something now and not just building for future.
If the players just suck that’s fine. Penalties Turnovers etc. you have to hold them accountable. He needs to grow into a true HC and not a AAU coach that just travels with the team to the hotel.
Where is Derrik Allen? I love Tariq but him being his fastest he’s ever been at 240 was a lie. Sadly he’s gotten worse each season so far after a great sophomore season.
