Collins, Thacker and Choice visited Jaron Willis yesterday. Willis is our franchise recruit for this year. Our best recruiters are Choice, Knight, Burton and probably Thacker. This is all my opinion of course. I am concerned about losing Burton, but Choice is the go to guy.

I agree with you. I think if Thacker put 18 players out there on 3rd down, we still couldn't stop them. Even if we did, One of our coaches would run someone out there wearing the same number as another player. We'd jump off sides. We'd hold. We'd rough the passer. Make a great play while...

I reference this commercial because VPI shut us out at home two seasons ago. That was the first shut-out of a Georgia Tech football team at home since this commercial was made. 1957. I'm still ticked off by that.

No. It was Notre Dame, Sept. 1, 2007. Choice rushed for almost 200 yards in that game. GT 33 - ND 3. Edit: maybe you're talking about Gailey. I can agree with that.

2007 was a lot of fun. Tech put the worst home opening day loss to Notre Dame in their history. I remember the Tech fans started chanting Rudy Rudy. A few of the Notre Dame fans joined in on the fun. I think that was the high water mark for Chan Gailey.

Nothing against him, he's probably a good guy and has good size for a QB, but I'm tired of the Temple influence on Georgia Tech football.

Regarding their "Solutions for a Modern Age" to make money, sell the stadium naming rights. Google Stadium, Amazon Stadium, Adidas Stadium...schools around the country are doing this. I'm sure under the present circumstances Bobby Dodd wouldn't mind one bit.

They should name the stadium after him. Just wondering if anyone knows, is there another budget where funds pay for statues on the Tech campus or would this one be funded by the Athletic Department? Not taking issue out of this, just curious.
