Sometimes I think the emphasis on time outs trumps the actual importance of time outs. Crazy that Duke didn’t challenge the catch / interception that puts them down 4

We rarely throw to backs out of the BACKFIELD…. We split them out in empty sets and throw to them that way. Second play of the game was a quick throw to Haynes who was split out trips and he dropped it with a lot of room to work. That said, two times we hit backs coming out of the backfield...

Haynes dropped it because his eyes got as big as hubcaps… he had a lane and a lot of room to work. He was thinking open field before he ever touched it. That gain could’ve been as big as the next one Singleton dropped.
