I will be curious to see how the '14 foursome have developed. The EE roomies....Keyshun, Qua, Mathew Jordan and Tre' J. Toss CJ into that group and think not only this spring and fall, but also '16, '17 and '18.

Having an early signing period in December makes no sense to me, unless the kid is going to be an early enrollee. Thus, a three- or four-day period in late August would be better, IMHO. If a kids knows for sure, then he knows for sure and sign. However, some under-the-radar, uncommitted...

Have to say I am happy for CTR and hope there was some trickle down to the other D coaches, especially Pelton. Those guys pretty much made chicken salad. Looking forward to this spring and, of course, this fall.

I think Pelton is an outstanding D-Line coach and has been since his days as an assistant at Valdosta State. I had been led to think part of CPJ's new package included increases for his assistants. Let's pony up and keep this guy....imho!

I will step up and testify that D.Moore, as well as JoeHam, sold me more on my grandson playing for GT than the coach who was recruiting him. They are great advocates of not only the Yellow Jackets but of the education available and the transition from being a high school kid to a college man.
