Got to have new a defensive coordinator and special team coach who can recruit. First phase of football is to stop the other team , pin them down. You have a chance to win 4 or 5 games with 21 points if you have defense.
Yes we need to stop using the shot gun offense 100% of the time. Need to be under center when near the goal line to avoid any yds lost. Be cause of penetration from the defense.
I dont care who starts. put your best performing 22 players on the field let them adjust . Quit subbing every down . The players have to learn to adjust to opponents. Speed blocking style and schemes. Just as the coaches. I understand fresh bodies. But 30 guys playing only 10 to 20 snaps...
