Pyron threw some nice passes in the VMI game, he is a more than capable backup. I don’t blame the coaches for trying to burn clock down and run the ball to end the game.

This. If Pyron had come in and thrown an interception you very same complainers would be on here screeching at the coaches for blowing the game. We won.

Also, i feel confident that if King had been 100% he would have thrown for 300-ish yards and we would have won by 3 touchdowns

Sorry if i missed the discussion of this but did anyone else think the fumble by UNC on the goal-line that the refs ignored was a BS call? The rb was still fighting to score when the ball came out and i guarantee you that if he had broken free and scored it would have counted, typical ACC-UNC...

It’s a big FU to the opposing fans, and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. What if without those extra breaks our defense would have been too gassed to hold UNC to a fieldgoal at the end or gotten beaten on the hail-mary play, is a win worth it for you?

I think we “run the bawl” them into the ground in the 2nd half of this game enforce our will and make Geoff’s boys quit, unless God forbid- they get up on us big and we have to start passing a lot

Ideally with diagonal throws out to the sideline your qb throws it up there so only your tall receiver i.e. Blackburn can go up and get it

That is a good question, I would love to see us start the game passing personally because everybody in the stadium and on duke’s sideline is expecting us to try and establish the run game come hell or highwater
