Their QB runs were against a 4 man or more rush when we were in man to man defense. They were not against a 3 man rush.

4th quarter defense was bad. Good to very good up to that point. NCST had 200 yard offense thru 3 quarters. Then 200 in the 4th quarter. Very odd.

We score in the 30s, well yea if we played UNC every week. They are the only P4 team we scored over 30 against.

Higher probability to lose than win if King is not healthy or can't play. King is the key to GT's offense. I have serious doubts the offensive plan that worked against Miami will be as successful against NCST.

The computers are biased and cannot judge 138 teams that play very few similar opponents. It’s no better than a committee that takes input from many models. 12 teams is better than 2 or 4. 16 or 24 would be better as is done in FCS.

You have to look at the game as a whole. Was VT ever threatened by GT's offense? NO! Did VT need to play a "safe" offensive game to make sure they won the game - yes! They did which was the correct approach. There is nothing in the way GT played that game to suggest we would have won unless...
