Right now i think the program is where it was 1979-1983 and 1929-1934. I as an optimist think things will turn around eventually with a new head coach where GT goes to bowl games most years.

Anything less than 6-6=New Head Football Coach. I could see GT hiring Ken Niumatalolo after he's fired by Navy in December for going 4-8 or 5-7.

Tennessee is still under "investigation" by the NCAA but at this point i don't think they will do anything since they supposidly "Self reported and self reduced schollies for a season". The NCAA has no power anymore and nobody is scared of them anymore.
