The upcoming season is in my opinion, critical to CGC. I still feel he needs an upset win and to show improvement over his first two years. I know he has a 7 year contract. But year three is important. If coaching changes are needed, he needs to make the team successful.

The Georgia fans I know worry that Tech can pull the upset. They hate Paul Johnson and his high school offense. Lots of false bravado about ending the series. The recent years Tech pulled the upset were miserable for them.

A thought on this incident. It is a learning experience for CGC. If he in fact did not mean to snub Narduzzi, he will learn his lesson and never do it again to any coach. Give him the benefit of the doubt and let it slide. I wonder if privately he did anything to mend the fence?

I just watched the replay. My thought watching the game live and after the replay was there were two sloppy teams on the field with many mental errors. Seems like after both teams had extended time between games, it was like a first game of the season for both teams. Tech was the better team...
