Me either, but a really good source at GT told me this. I wouldn't post it unless it was someone I really trusted.
Guess I'm putting my rep on the line with this one! Haha.
Not a lot of Eason Fromayan's in the world either.Well, GT seems to agree that someone by that name is enrolled

His name for whatever reason makes me think of Ferris Bueller's Day Off... Abe Fromayan
I’m wondering what would make him as an OT destined to start want to transfer from a pro-style offense in the BIG 12(10?) to us? Perhaps he was home sick.
But what I am DEFINITELY wondering about is how GTBilly “guessed” that correctly…
Hell, I am 6'6 275# I don't consider myself huge......I just consider most of the world "small"LOL. I like that. "His star ranking is 'friggin' yuge!'"
Now all the transfer Gods owe us is a QB (for Vad/Ty Griffin), 2 promising DLs (for Akins/Robbins), and a stud BB (for Custis).
How many walk-ons does GT have to sacrifice at the altar of the Shaft to make that happen?
The sausage king of Chicago?Eason Fromayan?
He's going to coach OL? Sweet!
Sorry, I couldn't resist.
I know you are half joking, but come on man..... Smart arse comments deriding the coaching staff is typical stuff over on Jim's site. I left that place a long time ago.Post of the year potential here!
Eason will request a hardship waiver per AJC:

http://espn.go.com/college-sports/s...aa-proposal-force-hardship-transfers-sit-yearDidn't the NCAA just change the hardship process (basically disallowing all of them)? When does that go into effect?
Standy by for the special GT clause to be invoked. NCAA will assume wrongdoing on staff's part. All GT hardship cases will be automatically denied and a penalty of a 2 year bowl ban and loss of 4 scholarships posed for any student athlete considering transferring to GT.Didn't the NCAA just change the hardship process (basically disallowing all of them)? When does that go into effect?
Fwiw, he has been put on scholarship now.
We also have a chance to add one more transfer before the season starts.
