How about we don't call anyone anything other than their name and if we don't want to refer to them, we just ignore them? That way no one has to stoop to any type of name-calling. Let's be grown-ups.

I haven't read the contract, but someone posted that Collins's contract did NOT have offset language. If true, then you see why Cabrera wanted a change in the GTAA leadership. Offsets have been standard coaching contract language for a while now, and to leave it out is basically malpractice.
