Fudge, ran out of time - Definitely something you'd want to practice up before doing cold. Would like to think I'd do better with some "practice" and not having to read those darn instructions.

In my old age I don't even enjoy game shows anymore. Anything remotely smacking of a test makes me break out in a cold sweat.
