SMH game is blacked out in Houston?!?

Any thoughts? Espn3 has it blacked out here. I can't find it anywhere else on the tv but am streaming audio through the app.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Savannah to watch it and the Florida-Georgia game. They had a big screen reserved for the Tech game but it was blacked out on their satellite package. God must have known something because he didn't want us to watch that crap.
