Thanks, I a really liked "Rather than deflating after handing the ball to the ‘Hoos in plus territory, the failed conversion instead jolted the Jackets and provided a sense of urgency that had been missing all game. The Cavaliers were stuffed on three downs and shanked a 42 yard field goal attempt. The spark that the Jackets’ offense needed was provided by their defense." It is in another thread where I'll talk about it, but this was the key to the game and the one thing I'll remember for sure about it. CPJ challenged the team, they failed to get the first. Then they manned up. That says so much about the character of the team. It's been a fast 4 or 5 years for these seniors. They have seen their ups and downs but never given up. That's all I can expect (other than they graduate).
