Its an ELO style ranking + teams record (wisconsin would add 12.01 to their record). Its the average score of a game where the points for a game are pts/ttlpointsingame*(131-opp rank) if you win a -1*ptswinningteam/ptstotal*opprank. In short, Bama and Ohio State are both good but alabama has a slight edge. Wisconsin is good but not great.
