I had forgotten that Hartman transferred to ND. Wow! He looks good vs Navy! Notre Dame could really be poised for a big season.

Hartman to ND is another example of top teams poaching best players from lower tier teams. The announcers for the ND Navy game were slobbering all over themselves about Hartman. He had big games at WF too against better competition than Navy.
