You act as if you know what "did that to me" means but you most likely don't. It's not that people feel differently. It's that some, like me, won't judge others without knowing all the pertinent information. If I was your employee and I was loyal to you for multiple years working my tail off for you and you treated me like a mushroom while hailing unproven people from the outside I'd feel like you were kicking me to the dirt. If you "did that to me" you would know where the door was because you'd have heard it closing behind me as I left. I've been on both sides, management and employee. I can see both sides. I totally understand the POV you've taken. I don't even completely disagree with it nor do I completely agree with it because I don't know what's happened behind closed doors and I don't know what was said and what wasn't said in private that precipitated the moves both sides made. I think we are both glad he's back, at least I hope you are (I think you said you were so I'm assuming you are).
