We need the Domers to have a good season...especially at the start. Facing them with no losses will make for a big game on 09/19.

We need everyone to be undefeated when we play them. And afterwards as well. If we could give ND, FSU, Clemson, the Pups, VT, and the U their only loss of one or two, it would go a long way in promoting the ACC!

Excellent point. I listened to the UVa UCLA game last year and UCLA just bludgeoned UVa on both sides of the LoS - seriously ugly. A revenge-fueled upset could be in the cards.

As a practical matter Notre Dame has quality depth, and Bryant wasn't a proven phenom yet. They had high hopes for him, but he was far from being a star. The next man up will be good.

I read today that ND has lost another player....sophomore defensive end Kolin Hill will transfer and not report to fall camp. He wasn't used that much last year but apparently was on their depth chart. That certainly can't help their defense against our offense.
