Going back to 2014 I consolidated the number of points scored and total number of drives reaching "goal to go" at any point in the drive. I took the sum of points and divided by the total drives. I removed any game that included an FCS team to clean the data and to make it more fair. I include the top 25 teams along with Georgia Tech to display how we compared. Contrary to what you continue to harp about, GT actually was better in 2017 and 2018 than any of the prior 3 three years. We were not excellent every year, but it's hard to say GT "can't punch it in from the goal line" when they averaged 33 best in the country over that 5 year span. Included 2019, 2020, and 2021 for comparison sake (NIU is not included since ESPN does not have PBP data available for that game. It ends up helping us out).</p></blockquote><p></p>
