Looks like the coaches found a gem hiding in the weeds. Only four P-4 offers and 13 from smaller schools before Tech snatched him away from Vanderbilt. A nice article about a great find.

Was at the Duke game and, as I am always watching the OL on every play, I watched #52 closely. Effort, 110%. Technique, 70%....he actually looked like a 5-star Freshman..one of those guys that we see playing as freshmen at AL and GA...got beat bad once on reach block while at RT when we were down at goal line..... but, otherwise, was very solid. Did not get "over-powered" a single time. Love him....
