Fun game last night. Was in section 102. Nice to see some positive play from Lammers and Tadric. We need to be grooming Tadric to play similar to what MGH did this year. Lammers is coming along nicely - wish we had redshirted him his FR yr. He's more fluid than Daniel Miller was. He's also quicker in his decision making. Once he makes his mind up to score he is looking to dunk the ball - no fade aways, no soft shots, make the defense make a play on you. Great way for MGH to go out. Corey's three at the end was great and the bench went nuts. Given he is on track to graduate and I expect him to move on i'm happy he was able to get into the game and make that shot. Let's see if we can win in Columbia. SC has suspended 5 basketball players indefinately (looks like they may have been involved in a robbery ring). Their top 7 was not affected, basically it was all the end of the bench players. Much like GT, SC is mostly upperclassmen. I'll make one other comment. The staff has done a nice job of keeping all the young men involved. The body language, even on guys who have seen their playing time cut is good, that is not easy to pull off all the time. Gregory and Herrion do almost all the game strategy. Herrion is a pretty intense guy. Mamadou and the Player personnel coach do alot of the talking to the players on the bench. Dollar looks good in his suit.
