Brothers and sisters, it is Gameday!
No time to dilly-dally today, it's homecoming and we have a nooner. At least the weather gods took mercy on us and pushed the rain off (although we sure do need some rain!).
So get up and get your gold on and get on down to campus. If you are feeling especially froggy, the Freshman Cake race is at 6:30 at Peter's Parking Deck. Follow that up with the Ramblin' Wreck Parage at 9 on Fowler Street. 9:30 brings Yellow Jacket Alley and then the Helluva Block Party cranks up on North Ave. Almost no time to tailgate before toe meets leather at noon.
So dress your daughter in White and Gold, teach your son the appropriate cheer and get yourself to Grant Field it's Gameday!
Too far away? E$PN has got you on your favorite big screen. Close by? C'mon man, the Brave and Bold need you cheering them on. DO IT!

I want to thank you all for your kind remarks about these Gameday threads. Little did I know 10 years ago that I was starting a new tradition ( https://gtswarm.com/threads/gameday.4526/ ). Today's post marks the start of year 11 and God willing, I hope to be thinking back on this post a decade hence. It has been a lot of fun and very challenging at times. I have appreciated meeting some of you in person at various tailgates and around campus and look forward to meeting more of you in the future. It has been an honor. Go Jackets!
