I got put on Cholula hot sauce for my eggs a few years back. IMO, a lot richer taste vs Tabasco for eggs.

My wife put some Cholula hot sauce in my Christmas stocking as a change of pace. I have been enjoying it immensely. I am not ready to give up a lifetime of loyalty to Tobasco, but am willing to use other options on occasion. A buddy of mine makes his own hot sauces and I am always happy to be his taste tester.
