It would take 3 years to pay for the exit fee with the increased distribution, 4 if you'd like to amortize it and factor in higher travel expenses. Internet people talk about the GOR like it's some Uber expensive thing, but the opportunity cost of NOT paying the exit fee seems to be far larger.</p></blockquote><p></p>
