Key gets a B- (4th highest ranking among the P5 hires) behind Dillingham (AZ St), Brohm (L'ville) and Sanders (CO).

Still glad we got Key and not Sanders.

I think it's appropriate basing on results. Basing on projection for future success, he does much better.

We beat UGA and Syracuse and the narrative changes a lot. I feel like we left money on the table with those games.

Next year will be year that will test Key and this team. There will be expectations given the talent returning. My expectations is it should be a breakout year for this program.

B- feels a tad low. This was the Greatest Turnaround in College Football History from TFG. Even the ability to get 5 wins out of that 2022 team that Coach Key interim’d was nothing short of miraculous. The change in approach and attitude from @UCF to @Pitt a week later was incredible.

I can live with this grade. Some would give a lower grade based on W/L record alone, but the continuing upward trajectory on all measures besides W/L earned a B in my book. Agree with @Techster that Key missed an "A" with the uga and Syracuse results.
