When I was looking at the list, I also realized (again) that the draft takes most of the best players out of HS. So I'll put the spin on Georgia talent that given the lower K-12 educational rankings in the state compared to say California or Florida, that those states probably have more kids go on to college.</span></p></blockquote><p></p>
