I was headed over but the I20 East parking lot at Six Flags had other plans. FSOTF was over by the time I got to campus but at least enjoyed a slaw dog at the Varsity. 😃 I am seeing gameday travel for my first season as a Yellowjacket will involve as much luck as much as planning. 😉

Thanks for the encouragement, I’ll pass that along. He’s in summer classes now, it’s really tough and kicking his hiney. He gets discouraged sometimes but he’s hanging in there. It’s definitely not high school!

I’m a parent of a freshman student…yeah I’m new to GT and this forum. I was on campus for FASET orientation last month and got some good looks at the stadium construction. Gonna be nice.

I’ll be surprised if FSU covers that spread. They lost a LOT of playmakers and GT is continuing to get better. We’ll see but I’m expecting a fun, competitive game. I’m new here, new to the forum and new to GT football, so what do I know. 😃 But I’m looking forward to the season! Go Jackets!
