You can say that but a lot of the frustration in these losses..Is coaching, no one is really arguing to get rid of these players because they're no good, it's more of the fanbase saying, why did we do that as a team!

Good coaches ...coach up the players they have...In a perfect, you could start from scratch. I.E..Tom Brady...He wasn't highly recruited but look what they did with him. When coaches say, I need my players to win..that's a deflection...Because every coach could say that, then every team should WIN!!
