I'm getting more and more on board with rules to slow down these offenses. In my mind this is more 7 on 7 flag football. You can't breathe on a receiver without being called for PI. The D is handicapped enough without giving EVERY advantage to the O.
Nuke mostly what I saw was moving outside the guard's shoulder on the inside runs. When they moved away from the A gap it seemed the line had better angles on their blocks and the MLB could not scrape to the outside and fill. The best example was on Synjyn's long run.
I went back and took another look at Synjyn's long run. If you haven't looked at the job the O line on the left side did on that run it's worth just going in and seeing it again!
On a side note, Dennis Andrews looked so good last night. He's going to be a beast in '15!!!
GPD I went through a serious illness within the last couple of years and, like others I know, it brought to me a realization about cherishing special times and special moments. My son texted me shortly after the game with his congratulations. Crying? Sure, for an awful lots if reasons :D No...
My typing and mental skills are a bit compromised right now I will hold off posting my thoughts for now but suffice to say I've never been prouder to be a Tech fan than I am right now. Yes, that includes 1990 :D GO JACKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STING 'EM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
