Justin Fuente has done a hell of a good job in his first season at Virginia Tech. They gave Tennessee hell until their defense and offense got into gear. I think VT goes 9-3 this season.

One day i would like to see GT run the spread offense that Tennessee and other schools run.

Both the Belk Bowl and Taxslayer Gator Bowl are SEC teams. If GT went to the Belk Bowl they would probably play Arkansas or LSU and if they went to the Taxslayer Gator Bowl they would most likely play Florida or Ole Miss.

What was the first College Football other than GT that you went to? The first two I went to was the 1982 Tennessee-Kentucky game and the 1983 Auburn-Southern Miss game. The first GT game i went to was Homecoming 1985 which was a 24-17 win over Western Carolina.

I'm sort of surprised they didn't move it down the road to Columbia,South Carolina and play it in Williams-Brice Stadium.

GT goes to the NCAA Baseball Tournament every season i'm satisfied with that.

Georgia will either be in the Belk or Music City Bowl after they go 7-5. I figure the Jackets would probably have to be 9-3 to get invited to the Taxslayer Gator Bowl.

Appalachian State is pretty touch but you're right they aren't at the level of Georgia Tech.
