Meyer has thrown down the gauntlet by saying he reported what he knew to AD Gene Smith. It's going to be REAL interesting to see Smith's response to this declaration by Meyer. Smith as AD would know this would have to be documented and submitted who he reports to as well as the Title IX...
Under Title IX guidelines and OSU compliance statement an administrator, professor or coach that is made aware of a physical or sexual assault is require to report it to the OSU Title IX coordinator and school authorities for investigation. This is not unique to OSU.
Yep, the Title IX guidelines are quite specific. Here is the link from OSU's website. If he was aware of the abuse as has been reported and did not bring it to the school's attention his a** is gone.

Domestic violence
Conduct that would meet the definition...
Nope, the Title 9 guidelines are quite specific as to his duties when the abuse was brought to his attention and he failed to act when he knew about the abuse from what has been reported. He's on administrative leave but should be gone imo.
Don't need come up with anything else. Your ignorance speaks for itself. BTW Johnson, as a proper name, should be capitalized. PJ has NEVER been accused by an opposing coach as running up a score or yardage. I sure you were pissy about Spurrier when he was at FL.
