Everyone is entitled to their opinion but Quincy was a helluva athlete and football player in high school. He was the AJC state player of the year after SWD won the state championship in 1995. Several future NFL players and Olympic gold medalist played on that team. A former GT punter, Rodney...
In hindsight, given the big man rotation we had last season, one could make the argument that we should have redshirted Lammers last season. The reality is that we did not and I'm extremely pleased with the contributions and growth we've seen from him this season. If we can give him more help...
I think AD is to the point where he can give 4-6 minutes each game for Lammers to get a blow. He has been throughout the season. Hopefully this game was an anomaly with respect to how the minutes were handled.
FWIW, they are still young. When they played AAU, you could sometimes play up to 3...
It's fun looking at the highlights from yesteryear. It would probably make sense to create another category solely of highlights and/or pin them for easy reference.
Are you sure about this? I remember a 72-71 score from the 1984 game when we won. The 80-81 season was the last year coached by Dwayne Morrison and we did not win a single ACC game. I was there and it was ugly....
Go in any K - 12 classroom in Georgia. The likelihood of a GT graduate or supporter leading the class is very low. The likelihood of a UGA graduate or supporter is much higher. Children will see more UGA paraphernalia in classrooms than GT hence will have greater awareness of that school...
I would ask if he is 'earning' playing time through how he practices. I can support CJP if that is the reason we haven't seen much of him. That said, I do think McCormick should be good for 4-6 minutes to give Q and Lammers a blow each game.
Sharing this more so for those that don't live in the metro ATL area:

At the same time this was the end of the Dwayne Morrison BBall era and beginning of the Bobby Cremins era. Football and Basketball were both at the bottom of the league.
All I care about is what CJP is doing and will do for our program. I learned a LOT from my first job and that benefitted me in my second one.
CJP is still a young guy and acknowledged that he has made mistakes in the past. He also indicated he has learned from them. Based on what we've seen...
Thanks for posting the stats so quickly! I'm REALLY impressed by our FT shooting percentage.
Also surprised that Q only had 1 turnover. I thought I remembered one sequence where he had 2 back to back.
Wish the young man well in whatever he decides to do.
Could be a sign that it is getting more competitive with some wanting the opportunity for more playing time. This opens up opportunities for us to sign more recruits and create more competition. The secondary is where we have good...
