Oh man, that's going to be great. I love that play - big score against UGA last year on that play. Getting a LB in space is like a dream come true for JT.
Honestly, you can't just look at the stats. We lost 4 defensive linemen in the off season last year. We started a true freshman that weighed about 30 lbs less than he should at DE. We had some horrible games on D, but the guys made plays when it mattered, and to me at least some of that is...
Jabari is going to get a bunch of snaps, he's going to play a lot. Gamble proved himself last year, and he will slide outside on occasion. Seriously - having a hungry, quality third DT is a luxury we havent had in years.
Please don't bring this up - adding Tre to this line would've been crazy and I hate it we didn't get him. We lost 3-4 recruits that ended up getting drafted out of that class; I know the Flowers kid got drafted.
Alot of our fans said the same thing. Let's face it, playing hard and fast and angry is something that doesn't come natural to everyone. Relative to other teams and other d-lines, our offensive line had not performed with a mean streak for several years. One of the biggest transformations of...
Can't "plus" this enough. Our investment in resources has paid the biggest dividends IMHO. Paul has leveraged wins into improving the program, not just his bank account, and that should be applauded. Roof has opened us up to kids that wouldn't consider us in the past just based off of his...
I just have to with Cottrell; if he can figure out the blocking his speed is going to get him on the field. Shoddy and Cottrell.....that would be a huge combination
I think dominant physicality should be 1 or 2. I watch almost all games on TV, so hearing them direct our WR has been interesting. Because we face a lot of one-on-one coverage, the ability to dominate the CB at the line creates the space needed to break a big play. We also throw a lot of...
Yeah, but....,,it was illegal, and they had to change laws to make it happen, and it's for medical purposes. You may not be able to smoke it, but the plant has to be grown to produce it. Bates in the right direction, IMHO.
Team rules are team rules. While I agree with your position (I'm not sure this was his violation of team rules or not), but you can get kicked off the team for showing up late to practice or not hustling; doesn't have anything to do with the law, it's the team.
