I think the chance is much closer to 0.4%. Basically we have to beat UGA to get a bowl bid or bowl eligible teams will have to decline an invitation. 9 openings, we are 6th in order for APR, so only 3 teams below us on the list can win, assuming the teams above us win or accept an invitation...
