Good defense through out the game tonight.

Nice ball movement most of the game.

Except for the 4 turnover in a row stretch, pretty decent half court game. Guards made some nice drives and scores and drives and dishes.

A WIN! A WIN! An actual, real win!

GREAT game by Heath and T.Jackson--the best game all year for both guys. We absolutely NEED better back court play, and we got it tonight. Jackson has the quickness to get into the lane, and tonight he finally had the intelligence to find the open man. Heath played under control, and Sampson and Cox had good games in the paint (19 points/19 rebounds between them). Our defense has always been pretty good, but it probably got a little better tonight without Bolden. I hate to say it, but it might be addition by subtraction...or at least it looked that way tonight.

It has been a frustrating season. In my eyes, we are clearly more talented than Clemson, BC, VT, FSU and Wake, and probably on par with a few others (NC St? Miami?), but we just keep falling short. Hopefully, tonight is the start of a run of wins for the Jackets.

Watched 1st half and missed rest of game.
Looking at final stats: Jackson, 4 pts (2-8 from field), 5 assists, 1 to, 1 blk & 1 steal, 29 minutes. Saw him take 1 awful shot in 1 st half.

We are basically the same team as Clemson with a little better defense. They just have a few of those wins we should have had

Great team win tonight. Tadric really showed well, driving the lane & dishing to Cox like they were taught to do so. Really great job sharing the ball.

Actually, its the reverse. If you look at the stats GT is a little better than Clemson on offense and Clemson is a little better on defense. The numbers are so close it just goes to show how close the difference from 2-11 to 7-6 was.
GT did the #1 thing it had to do - it kept Roper from going off. Clemson is 5-3 over its last eight. in its 5 wins Roper has scored at least 12 in all 5, in its 3 losses he hasn't scored more than 6.

Clemson may be the most inconsistent team in the league. Just two weeks ago I thought they had a chance (maybe) to make the NCAA by winning five of their last seven games. Then they proceeded to lose three of four. And Roper is certainly part of that problem.
