Good read. Went and rewatched the start of the 2nd half and the 3rd & 7 run Roddy describes. That was an good November 29th, 12 o'clock game at the cesspool that ended a streak.

Lets do it again.

Love reading that story. Roddy became one of my favorite Jackets that day.

That Thanksgiving we had taken our RV to my cousin's house in Savannah for family get together. 25 or so family members were out on their screen porch watching. My wife and I were then only 2 GT fans. After the game was over, wife got the big GT flag we keep in RV and ran around waving it in everybody's face. We REALLY REALLY REALLY need to do that again :) :) :)

Can you even imagine Leonard Pope writing an article like that? If you want to keep in perspective the difference between us and them, just read the article and then imagine the jibberish that UGAg football player would write trying to articulate a story about anything, let alone a big game. They use athletes to put butts in the seats. We send well prepared women and men into the world when their playing days are done.
