I may well be the last person on this forum to realize this, but I tuned in the Braves pre-game show a little while ago and there was Wiley Ballard filling in. I had no idea he was doing that kind of gig with the Braves.

Good on him...although I still hope to see him as the Voice of the Yellow Jackets some day.

Wiley... looking good & doing well on his new gig with Bally. Anyone know if he's still in line to do Tech baseball broadcasts this spring? I've assumed for several years we're on borrowed time with Wiley.

Also... for record... I don't really understand how the broadcasting career works. Is Wiley like a "contractor" ...going deal to deal with different sports broadcast entities?
