And he picked his talent through the draft and free agency over the last four years. This is to a larger degree, the team he built—especially on defense. That they’re so bad on the side of the ball that he focuses on is not good.

Arthur Blank is way too loyal to the people he hires. That's an admirable quality in a boss, but it also leads to complacency and apathy. We saw that with the Falcon's last head coach.
Blank really needs to clean house in the front office and coaching staff. The front office didn't serve the last coach well, and it's not doing anything well now.
Blank is probably one of the best owners in the league in terms of spending money and leaving the people he hires alone to make decisions. He's not Dan Snyder or Jerry Jones in terms of wanting to be in the spotlight and dictating draft picks.
I'd LOVE to see him go after Lincoln Riley at OU, though @steebu will probably chuck a few rocks at me for even mentioning it. Pair Riley up with an outstanding DC, and watch the Benz's scoreboard light up.
