Support staff who don’t make contact with recruits have unlimited work hours. IMO, that’s where we need to invest in Human Resources. Identifying program/school fit across the nation is the ultra time consuming yet ultra important piece of the recruiting puzzle. Seems we’ve put all (or most) our eggs in the “coaching basket”. We’ll see if this strategy pays off.
