Uploading new Avatar to profile

How can you upload a new profile pic to your profile from mobile? Everytime I try, it tells me "file to large to process"

Can someone walk me thru it? I honestly dont even know how I got the one I have now to upload. Thinking I just got lucky

I went through the same issue and was like "I know I need to lose weight, but this is getting ridiculous."
