Carrie is 6ft 200. I’m hopeful with a year in a college weight system he can bulk up to 215 or so and play that sort of role.
Trelain as well. Currently listed at 6’1 210 as a freshman. If he and Carrie can put on 10-15 without losing speed and agility, our backfield next year could be really great.

I feel OK on O. Gonna have to go out and get some dudes for the front 7.

Yes, and Maddox is even larger. I don't see much of a need for bigger RBs. Unless, of course, we get a line on a winner. But why come when they look at the room?

Btw, Alexander may be "small", but he doesn't run that way. If he can put on another 10 and not lose his speed, he'll be an even more dangerous young man.

I'm not saying we need to go target a RB in the portal but weren't we down to Carrie and Cooley as the only healthy scholarship backs against Miami later in that game? Plus we don't know what the room will look like next year. It's always possible we lose a kid to the portal, too.

I much prefer to already have a bigger running back that is growing into his frame and position. I apologize as I dont really know the whole roster and who is young and waiting their turn or growing into their position.

Pitt seems like one of the few programs out there that looks for a fullback. I think we're looking more for an H-Back type player that can also run, but line up at TE.

Why do we need running back? It is a deep room with more talent coming in the next class. Offensive line? Don't we have 6 or 7 OL guys coming in the signing class? Including 4* and 5* guys that should be able to play right out the gate? IMO, DL and WR should be the priority, but the other positions?
I don't like to give them credit but UGA has had very strong RB for the last 20 years... We need 2 solid RB that we can compliment our offense.... Imagine Gibbs in this offense

After watching Tech match-up with the mutt’s; what would you like to see Tech do in the portal?
Love the current linebackers but, a little more size and speed would be helpful.
There are a couple of edge defenders (recruits) committed to the 2025 Class.
It would be awesome if Tech could harass & sack QB’s moving forward.
Thoughts?

We need stud DEs and DTs more than anything.

We need DL; we lose a good bit of production. 1-2 dbs would not hurt

1 TE
1 OL

I think last night’s showing combined with the body of work we put in this year bodes well for a strong incoming portal class. We might be able to have our pick of the litter if the NIL warchest keeps increasing. I know it’ll happen, but it would be really interesting to see who and how many transfer out. With our stock being on the rise, it would be hard to imagine going somewhere else.

When you get a quality draft class your looking to balance young talent playing time and experience.

On Offense your looking for a OL that can compete for 1 of the 2 opening or be quality depth and a starting caliber TE like Hawes hopefully Seither can come back be healthy too.

Defense you got a lot of young talent across LB and DBs but need to find quality depth specifically at LB and we definitely could use 2-3 good pieces at Dlineman.

Special Teams simple the Elite Punter from KSU

Good point on the OL.
