We’ve clawed our way out of the pit of misery we got ourselves into in 2019. It’s time to claim our rightful place in the upper tier of the ACC. If I’m not mistaken a win guarantees us at least a tie for 4th. We need to play the type of game we are capable of to dispel any myths that da U game was anything other than what it was, a methodical and well executed beat down of a good team. I hope Key delivers a solid, no drama game where the enemy is defeated and demoralized either at halftime or early in the 3rd quarter. I would like to sit back and drink beer in a raucous Grant Field watching the clean jersey kids send our Seniors off in style.

Here comes the 3 headed GT QB monster- King tearing them apart piece by piece hitting them play after play where they ain’t, Philo passing to wide open receivers running like wild men unmolested in state’s secondary and lastly Pyron punching them in the face for multiple TDs knowing damn well he’s coming in to run the ball into the teeth of their D.

Too much to clean up to call an escape win, that required a missed field goal by State, a “statement.” The coaching staff will have an extra long workday today. But, we showed resilience, fought hard, showed glimpses of how good we could be, and stuck with it! A win is a win! Now, putting it all together and playing a complete, smart, well-executed game, in all phases, and winning in Athens next week, WOULD make a “statement”…

This team just never quits. That is huge and is all heart driven. It cannot be taught. Work ethic can be taught, but you either have a quit proof heart or you don’t. This team has won 3-4 games over the past two years due to this.

Exactly! Find a way to win! You see progress when you find a way to win instead of finding ways to lose. If there’s any time left on the clock, Ga Tech is dangerous. You don’t get lucky winning games like we have the last 2 and a half years, this is a reflection of the coaching staff. 7-4 baby…go beat the dawgs
