The Future of Georgia Tech (Hypothetical)

Since we're in the offseason, and this discussion came up during the Holidays, allow me to offer the quorum the following topic for debate and discussion.

If you were in control of the future of GT as an institute, what would you do to put GT in the best position possible by our 150th birthday in 2035?

Just like any large company, fat always builds up. I would start with a budget reduction plan. I feel confidant you could cut 20% of the budget and actually improve the "company" wide efficiency. Probably a lot of redundant head count as well as layers of bureaucracy that are not needed. I would use 1/3 of those savings to substantially cut tuition costs. Imagine the press that would generate.

The school needs to accelerate its ability to have more students. Dorms and other, support structures

New programs, Teaching preferable STEM related.
With all of the movie and broadcasting here, a degree related to that.
